More Info:  Two thirds of customers reported that the Ab Rocket Twister did indeed work. Many of the other one third of people mentioned that the resistance bands did not provide them with an adequate workout; and they were better off just doing crunches. It is possible, and this was talked about by several customers in their reviews, that incorrect form was a contributing factor in this. People who had success with the machine said they looked at the instructional DVD’s closely and made sure they used their muscles rather than momentum to get a good workout. The feeling I got from reading the reviews was that if you are already in good shape, the ab rocket twister is probably not for you, as it wont give you a good workout. If you are not in shape, then could be just what you need to help you out.

Slightly more people said it was uncomfortable or caused pain in their lower back or neck than said it was comfortable. One thing mentioned by many people was to put a small cushion behind the small of the back to help alleviate this. In future version, the manufacturer should probably add more padding.

Poor build quality does seem to be an issue overall, with several people complaining that it felt cheap or that there were parts missing from the box. As one customer mentioned, its not designed to be gym quality – to bring it up to this sort of standard would naturally increase the price by several hundred dollars per unit.

As far as cost is concerned this was pretty much a wash. About equal numbers of people thought it was good value to those that thought it was expensive. Either way cost was only mentioned in about 10% of reviews.

About 10% of customers mentioned that it had helped them lose weight around the midsection. Naturally this machine is not for everyone, but the majority (about 70%) said they would recommend this machine to a friend. If you have had your own experiences with this machine, please leave your own Ab Rocket Twister Reviews below so others may benefit.

This machine is good for ab workouts. But I the lower lumbar support is kinda “bad design”, so I have to go out and buy a memory foam lumbar support cushion and add it on to the machine, it works for better!!!

I have been using it since last month, about 5 times a week. The good things are its easy to put together and easy to move around. It gives good neck support which is the big reason why I bought it. I can’t do normal crunches because of neck problems. The 1st week you really feel it in your abs after using this machine, lots of soreness. At first I felt like I wasn’t really using it right and it turns out I wasn’t! You need to watch the DVD vids to learn how to use it correctly. After I watched the DVD things really clicked and I started getting much better workouts out of this ab machine.

The bad thing is it doesn’t give alot of resistance, even when using the strongest springs. I think I’m going to try to buy or make some super strong springs in order to get more help on the upward motion part. I’m heavy with alot of body fat right now and I was hoping the Ab Rocket would give me a easier workout I could do everyday to burn fat and lose weight. This really isn’t an “easy” workout device. In fact I still can only use it for about 3 minutes at a time until I start sweating and get totally out of breath. The twisting movement is actually easier for me to do so I’ve been focusing on that more lately.

For the most part this is a pretty good machine. It will work your abdominal muscles very well and you’ll feel it. But don’t buy it thinking it’s an easy workout because it’s not.

The Ab Rocket Twister is not really what I expected it to be but it has been surprisingly enjoyable to use. The resistance springs give you some support and make crunches a little easier but they definitely don’t push you back up the way I thought they would. In other words, the springs only do a small fraction of the total work on the way up. But they do make crunches and ab twists more comfortable with zero strain on the neck, which is a good thing. The Ab Rocket has proven to be much more enjoyable to use than my Ab Circle Pro, which I won’t use anymore because of the pain it causes in my knees and back. Just be sure to watch the DVD videos and use perfect form. You MUST keep your head on the head rest throughout the entire motion or it won’t work as well. After using it for a week I really felt the burn in my core muscles. I wouldn’t recommend beginning with this product if you’re really out of shape or have really weak abdominals. I’ve been using it for 5 minutes every day for about a month now and my stomach if stronger and a little flatter, although I haven’t been following the diet plan as closely as I should so I haven’t lost much fat. The best thing about having the Ab Rocket Twister sitting on my family room floor in front of the television is that it’s a constant reminder to do some exercise while watching my favorite shows. It’s just comfortable and convenient enough to boost your motivation to use it every day. So overall I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it as long as you’re not too out of shape (if you are you should just start with walking for 30 minutes every day). Oh one more thing, from watching the infomercial I expected it to come pre-assembled but it doesn’t. So expect to spend a few minutes putting it together. Luckily it’s a easy process. Hope this review will be helpful to someone!

the twisting motion is still sort of awkward, still haven’t figured out head placement defiantly not made for tall people. my neck doesn’t hurt too bad using the machine, but when I get off my neck does hurt a lot.:( I am currently using the lowest resistance band, true no resistance but i can def feel the effects the next day.

A bought my Ab Rocket Twister on Amazon and it arrived within 6 days with the free shipping. Putting it together was not hard at all. It’s fairly big and not very easy to fold down so plan to keep it out most of the time. It only weighs a few pounds so moving it around isn’t difficult. Changing the resistance levels is pretty easy, but you probably won’t need to do that very often. The most important thing is that it helps you focus on your abdominal muscles very well. Trust me, yours abs WILL be sore when you first start, so don’t do too much too soon. The first few days the machine made some strange clicking and creaking noises but they went away after I used it a few times. Overall I like the new Ab Rocket and will use it frequently. At first I thought the price was too high but it’s a good-quality exercise machine and you get what you pay for. After I lose 20 or 30 pounds I’ll come back and give another review. Hopefully it will be before the end of the year. Wish me luck!

finally got it!!!! i had to go to the post office to pick it up they didn’t even try to deliver it to my house. After watching the beginner workout segment on the dvd and trying it out this is my review. it is sort of hard to figure out where to position my head. I am 5 ft 10 and I really feel like there is no support for my neck and head I am going to keep watching the video in the video they are able to move in a fluid motion and their heads are supported. My neck and head were never supported. i did find that if i moved my butt forward on the seat that helped a lot. The seat is not comfortable but neither is the floor. the twisting motion seemed awkward at first it really does work your obliques. i really do see myself being able to do this workout daily while watching my favorite shows its not easy but if you want easy get liposuction. As long as i get the neck and head support figured out I will enjoy using this machine.

The website says allow 2-4 weeks. Well I have been waiting longer then 4 weeks. The customer service rep said its out of their hands once its shipped, the last rep said they were expediting my order… How freaking long do I have to wait. Very dissatisfied with the service and how long I have to wait. Also I keep trying to catch a commerical and I havnt seen one I think they took it off the air.

I don’t like buying things over the phone so last month I spent about a week trying to buy the Ab Rocket Twister at a store here in Seattle. No one had it. Not Walmart, Target, Kmart, or any local sporting goods store. You would think they would want to make it easy to purchase locally but for now you can only get it online. I found the best price on Amazon. The machine is easy to put together and easy to move around. It seems like alot of the comments and reviews here are from people who haven’t actually bought or used this product. It DOES work but don’t think it will do the work for you. Follow the DVDs carefully and it will give you a good home workout. I’m already one the advanced DVD workout and it’s helped me burn off some stomach fat and lose a bit from my waist. I’m also following the diet that comes with the Twister and so far it’s one of my favorite things about the purchase. I would recommend trying out the machine and diet for at least 3 weeks. If you don’t lose weight you can also return it (pretty easy to do if you buy from Amazon).

Here’s my quick Ab Rocket Twister rating:

This machine provides good head, neck, and back support for average height people. It helps you work your abs but also works the lower back, something they don’t really mention in the infomercial very much. It’s easy to put together and is the perfect size for convenient at-home use. The included DVD workouts are very good and you really do need to follow them at first to get the most out of the product.

This is one of the lightest exercise machines I’ve ever used. Unfortunately that gives it a flimsy feel. But the metal is good quality thick steel and seems very strong. The rollers are thick and comfortable but they don’t give much of a massage. I thought that whole “benefit” was kind of stupid to begin with (this is a workout device not a massager!). I’ve found that it’s really important to use perfect form when doing the crunch and oblique movements on this machine. You also need to use it at least 3 or 4 times a week to really see results. And you definitely need to follow a clean, low-fat, low-sugar diet if you’re trying to lose weight quickly!

My ab rocket twist seat tips backward can anyone help with this?

  12. JB September 19, 2011 at 10:01 pm #

It seems like a lot of these reviews are about poor customer service. I don’t care about customer service. I want to know how well the machine does or does not work.

  13. Annabell September 15, 2011 at 3:01 pm #

I ordered 3 weeks ago, called 2 days ago and they said it would be shipped tomorrow. Called today they said its back ordered. The guy said he thinks all the college kids ordered it so they are behind. How did he know they are college kids??? He said they expect the next shipment to be in in 2 weeks and my order will be expedidted. So I will have been waiting 5 weeks!!!! I wish I would have just ordered it from Amazon, on the time I placed the order I didn’t have all of the money so I thought the trial and easy payments was the way to go. I hope I get it soon I can’t wait to use it.

  14. NCFitnessGuy September 14, 2011 at 3:14 am #

I think alot of these negative reviews are from people who don’t really wanna work hard to lose weight. This is just a machine, it won’t do the work for you. If you’re not willing to exercise hard, sweat alot, and burn calories don’t both with this or any other fitness machine! I would love to see some ratings from people who put the Ab Rocket Twister to the test for at least a month or two…

  15. Lauri September 2, 2011 at 7:08 am #

I read a few negative reviews, but decided to purchase this product anyway. My schedule changed and I could no longer go to the gym, and I wanted some key pieces at home. I started out slowly, as you should any piece of gym equipment. I found that if I started in the reclining position and making sure my head was in the correct place, I could really get the best workout, without any sore back or other areas. I started with the beginner workout once per day, then after a week twice per day. Then I did the same with the next level of classes and so on. I really love this machine and I can’t believe how tight my abs have become because of it.

I would highly recommend this to another, just know that no excersize equipment is “magic” and you have to start slowly.

I own the original Ab Rocket Trainer with the “Flex Master” workout attachment. I used it alot at first but got bored with it after a few months. I saw the infomercial for the new Twister version and am thinking about buying it. It seems like being able to rotate your hips and legs in between crunches would make the movements alot more effective and fun. Can anyone who has used both the old (blue) Ab Rocket and the new version (red) compare the two products? Is it worth it to get the Twisting capability? I’d like to see a real comparison before making the purchase, thanks.

    Hi Everyone:
I’m 63 yo female who used to teach high impact aerobics for aboout 30 years, now I just do 120 sit-ups daily using my big blue ball which I bought at Target for only 9.99. I can also work my obliques and it supports my lower back. I do this infront of the t.v. so I don’t miss my programs that I love to watch when I get home from work. I’m 5’3″ and weigh 105 lbs. but do not do anything really strenous. Just wanted to point this out to anyone that wants to save their money and get cut abs for a MUCH cheaper price. I have two granddaughters and already encouraging them to always have some kind of daily exercise, we dance and just make a game of exercising whenever I visit them in San Francisco, I live in Gardena, CA. Hope this helps and one more thing don’t buy anything you haven’t seen and tested first. Happy exercising….;)

First of all the DVD’s I think my 7 year old neices and nephews could handle….so easy it’s unbelivable. The first day I did every single program, and felt absolutely nothing…with the medium and strong resistance on. I have been using the Ab Contour Belt….which I do like. Then, I did the trial offer, 49.94 a month, called the company and spoke with a woman about my EXACT due payment dates, received a letter today, saying they tried to put $149.90 through my account today-they denied it –Thank God…..but want a check for the full amount this weekl—–WTF??????? It;s written down, I’ve called twice and my payment is not due of $49- until the 31st of this month……yes, they will be hearing from me that is for sure!!!!!!!!! I ordered the DVD’s from FlirtyGirls.com, a dancing video……now if you wanna sweat, burn calories, feel sexy and look good about yourself……..this is the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dance it off….and they have NOT Screwed me………………………………….and no I have used it for a month, and see absolutely no difference in my figure whatsoever……..I think I
m gonna just do what the woman ahead of me said…….just rock and watch T.V.—–haha!!!! should I get my knitting needles??????? J/K-no pun on you mamn……..but I hope to God they come out with somw DVD’s alot harder than this……Billy Blanks would LHMFAO!!!!!! Sorry-make up ur own routines 4sho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.and watch ur account…..

I just ordered my AB Rockt Twister, I expect to get it on 8/20/11. I am really looking forward to trying it out.

Got the ab twister over 2 weeks ago and have been using it almost every day. Its a good workout and I feel great, even though my abs and oblique muscles were really sore at first. But daily workouts make you feel incredible and this is as convenient as they come. I almost never buy as seen on TV junk because most of it is a rip-off but my cousin recommended this so I ordered one. I can feel the benefits and have already lost a couple pounds and about 2 inches in my waist. It’s nice because it doesn’t strain your neck. The only thing I don’t like is the seat. They need to make it bigger and more comfortable!!

  21. Trina R August 15, 2011 at 12:22 pm #

I got this ab machine last week and have been testing it out every day. It’s good if you just want to sit and rock back and forth while watching TV, kinda like a rocking chair. It feels good and there’s no strain on your back or neck like most abdominal exercises. So it’s a good lazy workout and you definitely feel it working your core muscles. Also it works on the obliques better than other ab exercisers I’ve used. The twister motion is a nice add-on that I didn’t think would be that good but it is pretty good. If you want to do really intense exercise the trick is to follow the workout DVD closely. Overall I’d give this machine about a 6 out of 10. It’s a good comfortable home workout device but there are better exercise machines out there. Of course the best ones cost a lot more so it depends on your budget!

I really liked the original Ab Rocket and decided to buy the new Pro Twister version after seeing the infomercial about half a dozen times. The original blue Ab Rocket was a great machine but it had a few small problems and I was happy to see a redesigned, improved version come out. Checked my local Walmart and Kmart but they don’t seem to have the new one yet, just the old one. So I checked Amazon and they have it for $150 with free shipping (cheaper than the website and infomercial). This product is what it is: a convenient home abdominal exercise option. I think many of the negative reviews I’ve seen are from people who expect it to be a miracle solution for burning off belly fat. It is not a miracle or total fitness solution people! It’s just a nice, light, easy to use ab machine that makes a great complement to a treadmill or home gym. I like to use it while I’m watching TV or as a warmup for my weight workouts. Good machine if you don’t expect it to do things it’s not designed to do! I would recommend the Ab Rocket Twister but only if you understand what it is. If you have a lot of weight to lose look at something else such as a treadmill or elliptical machine!

    • Must Agree September 28, 2011 at 1:23 pm #

Wow…you just summed up my thoughts perfectly! Usually the ones who have so many horrible things to say about a product like this, are the ones who won’t put in the time and energy it takes to actually get fit. Your are right, it is not a miracle machine…it is simply used to help you strengthen your core with less strain on your back and neck.

Ab Rocket Twister = IS A PIECE OF JUNK!
    Customer Service Stinks at best!
My produce came damaged – No supervisor was available to come to the phone, no return shippng lables are available to send out. You, the silly Consumer, must pay the shipping and then wait for a refund of said shipping.
The quality of this thing is a Joke! the side screws on mine would not tighten and there were a few puncture holes in the foam.
OMGosh This I why I dont buy sight un seen – The infomercial was great, sure got me to buy.
Oh and one more thing, That Infomercial said it would send things to you free if you called and ordered in the next 8 minutes, like the arm bands and exercide DVDs, they sure did not arrive and I was practically laughed at when I asked about them.

I am a very mad comsumer!
    Where is Customer Service!
I called 4 times to this company before I had any form of resolution. The first one lied to me and left me waiting for a promised return call = did not happen. The second and third Rep Actually Hung Up on me when I asked to – well demanded to speak to a Supervisor. An No i Was not swearing or yelling, you get more with sugar than you do bitter. Then the Third Rep after telling me a hundred times that there was no sup available to come to the phone Just to shut me up – low and behold she found a supervisor. Supervisor Babara assisted me and I hung up semi-satisfied.

BEWARE = They Do Not Have REturn Shipping Labels to help you out. YOU have to pay the shipping fee and hope to get reimbursed!

I’ve owned the Ab Rocket Twister for 2 weeks. Overall I like it and find it useful, but there are some things to know before you buy. Despite what many are saying, this product is well built. Just because something is light doesn’t mean it’s necessarily low-quality or cheaply made. The metal tubing is very strong and the machine is very sturdy considering how light it is. I’m a fit guy but I have some serious back problems due to old sports injuries, so it’s very difficult for me to do normal abdominal exercises. The Ab Rocket provides the kind of assistance that allows me to work my core without pain. The problem is that I’m a relatively large person (6’2″ and 250 pounds) and this machine seems very small for me. It would be much more comfortable if the seat and back supports were at least 3 or 4 inches wider. Also, they should include some resistance bands that are much stronger than the red “high resistance” bands. If you’re heavy like me even the strongest bands included don’t seem to provide a lot of real assistance. Overall the Ab Rocket Twister is a really good idea, especially for people with back pain or other injuries. They just need to make it a little wider and add some stronger resistance bands for the big guys!

  25. Krystyna August 2, 2011 at 8:39 am #

I really like Twister. Is easy to use, and I can feel muscles really work. I think it’s great
    and worth buying.

I bought my Ab Rocket Twister on Amazon and it arrived within 3 days. It’s got good things and bad things. The best part about it is that everyone in my family can use it. It’s got different levels of resistance so my gym rat son and my totally out of shape daughter can both use it. The worst thing about it is the contstruction quality. It has a very flimsy feel to it. Certain parts like the handles feel especially cheap. I also don’t like the small seat. If you’ve got a big butt like I do the seat is not made for you. I was going to return it but my son and husband both like it so I’ll probably have to keep it.

  27. C. Bullard July 21, 2011 at 9:17 am #

I bought my Ab Rocket Twister from Amazon after reading poor reviews regarding service from the main site. I did not get the free trial but I saved a few bucks and I didn’t have to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery. I figured I could still return it if it was not satisfactory…

The machine is lightweight and convenient. It does not provide lower back support but seems to be a good abdominal workout overall. I’m hoping my back muscles will strengthen as I improve my core strength. Lowest tension setting did not provide the assist I was expecting. Highest tension setting provides better support and gives a better “massage.” I look forward to using this product as I have a lot of unproductive free time spent in front of the TV.

  28. YK July 19, 2011 at 12:09 pm #

The good thing about this ab machine is that it is convenient. I like to use it while I’m watching television. It’s also very light and easy to move around your home. The bad thing is that it doesn’t really provide as much back support or exercise assistance as I thought it would. It makes situps and crunches a little easier to do but not as easy as the infomercial makes it look (big surprise huh?). I would probably not buy the Ab Rocket Twister again unless they increase the strength of the tension springs to give you more help doing the exercises.

  29. Jen F July 6, 2011 at 1:02 pm #

Hi I got my Ab Rocket Twister last Friday and so far I like it. Gives me a nice convenient workout option and it definitely beats doing normal situps and crunches. The one big problem I’ve found is the seat. It seems to be a in a weird position relative to the back support pads. I’m kind of short so maybe that’s why but it seems like the seat should be closer to the back. Does anyone know how to adjust the seat to make it more comfortable for a short person? One surprising good thing that I like alot is the weight. The machine is really light and easy to move around, which I didn’t expect. Overall I’d rate it about 3 and a half stars out of 5.

Got the Ab Rocket Twister in the mail and put it together. Tried it out and I have to say its not as sturdy as I expected it to be. I’m sorry, but I was somewhat disappointed in it. I’m not crazy about buying things on the internet and I’m afraid this will discourage me from buying products like this again. I’d rather buy it at a store where I can at least check it out before buying. Looks like I’ll be sending it back right away. Oh well… :-(

    • shayla June 30, 2011 at 5:41 am #

hi , can u tell me why u r going send it back. coz i want to order one.

  31. Colleen June 25, 2011 at 1:30 am #

I just bought my Ab Rocket Twister on Amazon because I didn’t trust the main site after reading some bad customer service reviews. I really hope it works because I need to burn off about 20 pounds of tummy flab ASAP!

  32. Bill June 23, 2011 at 6:24 pm #

Free Trial, Yeah right! You have to pay for the return postage.

The seat that is added it too high and too far forward so there is no lumbar support. My back aches after I use it. I would not recommend this to anyone.
I plan on contacting consumer protection agencies and The Attorney General both our States to complain about this company.

    • dru June 29, 2011 at 5:35 am #

i have back and neck issues i wanted this to be the answer for support. i tried to do conventional sit ups and had to go to the chiropractor. i was concerned if this machine would fit my 4’11′ frame

      • Bill June 30, 2011 at 7:47 am #

It will hurt your back much more. Please learn from my mistake. Do not buy this thing.

    • some dude August 31, 2011 at 8:21 pm #

Everybody has the right to say what he or she feels about products. That is not what is making this world a piece of shit. People that want to walk all over the 10 amendments is what is making this world a piece of shit. Hearing the good and bad about a product help others to make their own decision.

I have to agree with some dude. Sorry Freedom of Speech, but complaining about something you VOLUNTARILY bought, knowing that it might not work is that persons own fault. People who call the Attorney General, because they didn’t like a product, are the same people who sue a company because the coffee they spilled on themselves was hot. There is no integrity in choices like that…that is what our world is lacking, integrity.

I bought my Ab Rocket Twister from a friend who did not like it. She said it was too hard to use. I’ve found just the opposite. It’s extremely easy to use in my opinion. It’s definitely easier than doing plain situps and crunches. I like to jump on the Ab Rocket first thing in the morning for a quick 5 min workout. Sometimes I also do some pushups and lunges. I feel my jeans getting loser after just 2 weeks of using this ab machine.

i got my ab rocket twister a couple weeks ago and i’ve used it about a dozen times. its a decent product but i’m already bored with it. i went online looking for reviews to help convince myself that it’s worth the money and that i shouldn’t send it back. it’s a good abdominal exerciser but after 5 minutes you get bored with it. it’s def not a cardio machine so don’t buy it if you just want to burn calories!

Hi I just wanted to say that for me the Ab Rocket Twister is one of the best exercise machines out there. I bought it just to work abs but it’s much more than that. I have a Tread-Climber too but since I got my Ab Rocket I’ve been using it more, for both cardio and for core training. Not a bad little product at all…

I bought my Ab Rocket Twister in March but didn’t really begin using it until a couple weeks ago. It’s a good ab machine overall but don’t think it’s really a back massager or anything other than a machine to exercise your abdominal core muscles. It does support the back well during crunches and the twisting action is a nice addition, though I haven’t used it very much. It feels better made than the original Ab Rocket which I also own but that’s why it costs more. Maybe the best part about the whole package are the workout DVDs that come with it. If you want to really work your abs and burn calories be sure to use them!!

I finally got my Ab Rocket Twister and I just wanted to say that it’s a great product! I will be using it almost every day. Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking for a great abdominal workout at home. It provides just the right amount of resistance and it’s easy to use so you really can’t go wrong with this product!

i’ve used my sister’s new Ab Rocket Twister a few times and i really like it. it gives you a really good abdominal workout and it’s alot more comfortable than other ab machines i’ve tried in the past. the only thing i don’t like is the price! i really don’t want to pay almost $170 for this machine. that’s more than twice the price of the only Ab Rocket, which i used to own. does anyone know where i can find a discount or coupon code to buy it? i’m sure ebay will have them on the site soon but i don’t want to wait too long because i want to lose some belly fat before summer arrives!

I bought the Ab Rocket Twister online and that was a mistake. I can already tell that the
machine will work. However, I paid for an upgrade to the top of the line machine and they sent me the cheaper model and charged me an additional $27.04 COD for shipping.
When I called their customer service line I spoke with a pathetic person who refused to help me and when I asked to talk to a manager she transferred me to a useless automated message. Find a workout equipment store where they already carry one OR will order one for you so you can deal with them face to face. DO NOT ORDER ONE ONLINE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

It’s basically the oldschool Ab Rocket, only with better springs and the Twist function. So as for your abs, it’s basically identical and just designed to last longer (although I hear it’s quite simple and free-of-charge to replace broken springs on the old Ab Rocket).

If you want to work your obliques, however, then the Twist is the best way to go about it. The oldschool Ab Rocket had you perform the regular up/down motion while lying on your side instead of sitting up. This was very uncomfortable, but got the job done. The Twister is more efficient in regards to targeting your obliques and a much more comfortable way to work on them than the other way is.

So yes, the Ab Rocket Twister is better than the regular Ab Rocket. Whether it’s worth the higher cost (Ab Rockets are fairly cheap now, if you buy in stores or off Amazon) depends on how much comfort you want to sacrifice while working on your obliques.

All the DVDs and that machine add-on are fluff. It’s basic diet/exercise knowledge so they can legally justify saying how much people can lose in a short period. This is a machine that works your core muscles, nothing else. That Flex add-on thing is just a resistance band that you can even buy in pharmacies.

So I couldn’t care less about anything outside the main machine, but will certainly be buying it if I can find it in stores. The site/phone number is always the most expensive one, whereas I can’t justify paying that much over how cheap the old Ab Rocket’s have gotten in stores.
